You can't get postage stamps for free. You need to pay for them!
It might be possible to buy stamps from your regular letter carrier if you explain that you can't get out to buy them yourself -- but you will have to give him the money for the stamps. Sorry.

i don't know how many gb's or media files you have on your computer? but if they will fit on the flash drive you can do it. they have like 32gb flash drives out now. but maybe a 16 gb would be enough for you? like i said i don't know how many media files you have
It depends on the size of the flash drive and the size of your files. You can also consider using an external hard drive and burning the media on discs. Hi you don't need to understand the programs on your system to rectify your problem. As someone mentioned in another answer do you have a lot of large programs on your system? If you do are there any that you do not need? If so, get rid. Bin any files that you do not need or use. If you have a lot of pics, video, or music on your system, move it off your hard drive and onto either a memory stick or an external hard drive.
